Kathryn is an HR professional specialising in Equality, Diversity and Inclusion (EDI) and currently works within the legal sector. She has over 15 years of experience in HR and has worked in a variety of sectors, including healthcare and charities. Kathryn’s experience in HR is wide-ranging and includes generalist HR, recruitment (graduate and lateral), change management and project roles. Her passion for diversity and inclusion led her to specialise in this area in 2022, which has enabled her to grow and develop her skills in areas such as cultural change and strategic planning.

She brings her passion and experience to the fore in this role and is now excited to be able to do the same as a Trustee for Two Rhythms. Kathryn’s interests and expertise include mental health and wellbeing, disability and neurodiversity, supporting working families and LGBTQ+ inclusion. She never shies away from a challenge or an opportunity to learn new skills and is able to bring her lived experience into play to relate to and empathise with people on a variety of topics. 

Kathryn lives in Caerphilly with her husband, John, and their two young children. She is a keen runner and singer in her spare time.
