Gray Hill
CEO

Gray joined Two Rhythms in January 2023 and has led the charity into an exciting new phase, celebrating our 25th anniversary, overseeing the rebrand, and working alongside his fellow senior managers, colleagues, and Trustees to help the charity find its voice. Gray is passionate about the experiences of our guests, families, and carers, and he is now working to create expansion opportunities and collaborations across the arts and health sectors, that take our work further than ever.

Gray has worked in the cultural sector since 2010. Before joining Two Rhythms, he was the Director of Insole Court, a Victorian mansion and events venue in Llandaff, Cardiff. He began his third-sector career at Chapter Arts Centre, working in Marketing and technology. Gray studied postgraduate Arts Management at the Royal Welsh College of Music & Drama and undergraduate Drama at Aberystwyth University.

He lives in the Vale of Glamorgan with his wife, Amy and their two chaotic border collies.

I’m honoured to be part of the Two Rhythms team. Its remarkable work has changed the lives of thousands of guests and their families for over twenty-five years. Alongside my talented, passionate colleagues, I’m committed to continuing the legacy of our inspirational founder, Dilys Price OBE, creating joy, friendship and imagination in every breath and heartbeat.
